Party all night long
Hooray! The adidas Runners City Night is turning 30! It has matured and is no longer wet behind the ears, but still remains dynamic and mobile. That’s exactly how we want to celebrate this great anniversary with you. Our party committee is already busy collecting ideas and making plans. Get in the groove for some cool specials and be ready to party on July 30th. Maybe you have some cool ideas for celebrating the anniversary of Berlin’s fastest night, too. We look forward to seeing you. #celebrate30

New route, new happiness |
Just in time for its 30th birthday, the adidas Runners City Night is taking off. The new route promises even more fun, excitement and thrills and also ensures that it won’t be too crowded at any point. You will pass Adenauer Platz four times on the new course shaped like a cross with a long, illuminated finish. This creates an ideal hot spot for your fans to follow your race. And you can keep an eye on your competitors at all times. We are looking forward to seeing how the new track performs at its premiere. Hope you are too!

A new anniversary medal |
In order to set a visual highlight for the anniversary of the adidas Runners City Night after the race, we have designed a really cool new medal layout. Look forward to the moment when our volunteers hang well-deserved souvenir around your neck just past the finish line, and take your very own award ceremony selfie in front of the historic backdrop of the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church. And what’s more: this is the only medal that glows in the dark. Let it shine!

An Easter treat for your clothing drop-off |
“Where can I drop off my extra clothing when I race across Ku’Damm in my City Night outfit?” Have you asked yourself this before? We will have a clothing drop-off in the start-finish area. Register for the adidas Runners City Night between Maundy Thursday, April 14th, and Easter Monday, April 18th, and you’ll have free access to the clothing service. How does it work? Simply don’t click on the “additional service clothes rack” when you register and instead enter the “voucher code” Osterei2022 field at the end and you’ll save 5 euros.

High Five. Give yourself a break. |

One shot up and down the boulevard in City West in high-speed mode. Your 5K challenge on the hot Ku`Damm asphalt is waiting for you. When you sign up for the 5K, you can do it all right or get it all wrong. If your initial kilometre is too fast, you’ll run out of steam on the home stretch. If you take the first kilometre too easy, you’ll never make up for it on the way back to the finish. We are curious to see how you do on the 5K. Regardless of how it goes, after your race, you can relax and start celebrating as you watch the 10K race.

Off you go: three inline courses for your Easter training |
Whether on the Tempelhofer Feld former airfield or the "Krone" - the long Kronprinzessinenweg path through the Grunewald Forest, Berlin has many great options for your inline training for adidas Runners City Night. Today we would like to introduce you to our three favourite routes: - The Spandauer Schifffahrtskanal: Here you can rollerskate along 8.2 kilometres of paths through idyllic forests and along the canal of the Schifffahrts- und Hohenzollernkanal. It offers good asphalt and a wide track with enough space for both cyclists and skaters. Starting point is at Nordufer 1.
- Ernst-Ruska-Ufer in Treptow: On the "Krone Ost”, you can skate along the Teltow Canal. The asphalt is perfect for both beginners and experienced skaters, and benches invite you to take a break at many points along the way. The starting point is at the Späthstrasse highway exit.
- Hans-Balluschek Park: The 1.5-kilometre-long track between the Südkreuz and Priesterweg S-Bahn stations is short and sweet. Very good asphalt and a wide track offer fun on wheels.
